I was wondering if someone might be able to tell me what this record says. I am quite sure that this is my great-great-grandfather, Giuseppe Vernazza, born May 5, 1782 and died April 10, 1855. He is number 68, top of right page:

I was wondering if the record provides exactly where he died and the names of any other family members, and anything else that is important. I wish that I could do it myself, but, sadly, I do not speak Italian.
