The mother is Costantini Pierina.
Pietro Primo was the first and then Antonio Secondo the second, and so they gave Primo and Secondo as names to the 2.
Antonio was married to Borialdo? Anna Teresa in Tarcento on the 16th of Jan 1922 and then died in Palmanova (Udine) on the 29th of Jan 1962.

So is Costantini the first or last name?

Costantini is her last name, Pierina is a female version of Piero.

Then Ines married Amedeo Mattiello in February 12th, 1921, in Venice (record n. 156 in Weddings Register) and died March 4th, 1952, in Venice as well (Death Register, part II-B, record n.303.

Correct. And he married Maria Sartori on January 16th, 1915 in Vicenza (record n. 10 in Weddings register).
He died on July 31st, 1964 in Vicenza too (record n. 601 in Death register, section II-B).

Amalia Voletto (that way she was called) was born to a woman who didn't want to be named on November 9 1873 in a house situated in Santa Maria dei Frari at n° 2866, in Venice.
