Curiosando in archivio ho trovato l'annotazione su di un atto di nascita di un matrimonio avvenuto presumo in America. C'è modo di sapere qualcosa in più?
Tutti i dati, che ho al momento sono questi:
Cigagna Luigia nata il 11.01.1888 a Fagnigola (Azzano Decimo), figlia di Giovanni di Antonio e di Augusta Mores detto Stock di Pietro.
Annotazione: sposata il 24.04.1911 nella Parrocchia di S.Petri=Fort William, con Giovanni Dolcetti nato il 06.045.1885 ad Azzano Decimo.

Questa Cigagna Luigia, mi stuzzicava per via del cognome del marito che non mi risultava nuovo e che non riuscivo a collocare.
La mia ricerca si basa sul cognome Cigana, che nel corso dei secoli può essere stato scritto come Cigagna (anche se dalle ricerche sembrerebbero due ceppi geograficamente distinti), Zigana e Zigagna. Inoltre al mio "ramo" viene associato il soprannome Maronese. Quindi quando passo a setaccio un'archivio catalogo tutte le possibili varianti. Ora il Giovanni Dolcetti è figlio di una Maronese... ora si tratta per me, di trovarne il giusto incastro, nei miei appunti.
