il regolamento dell'Archivio per le ricerche genealogiche e le fotoriproduzioni prevede la seguente spesa:

- 10,00 euro per avvio pratica;
- 5,00 euro per ogni record rintracciato;
- 2,50 euro per ogni scatto (fino a 25 scatti), successivamente 1,25 euro (fino a 100 scatti).

Si accettano soltanto pagamenti effettuati tramite bonifico bancario.

Per avviare la ricerca avremmo bisogno di indicazioni precise circa le località e le date di battesimo dei suoi antenati. Sono necessari anche i nomi dei genitori.

Costs are:
10,00 € for research;
5,00 € for each record found;
2,50 € for each shot, if shots exceed tha amount of 25 it's applied the rate of 1,25 € for each shot (until 100 shots).

Payment only with bank trasfer.

I want to start by saying that Diocesan Archive has only church records and confirm that Civil Records for Colognora start after 1851 but there are also Napoleonic Civil Status Records which cover the period 1807-1814, these are held by Florence State Archive.

I thought they came from the Diocesan archive.

For period before 1st September 1871 the functions of Civil Status Officer were performed by priests, who have the task of compiling and keeping records (since the second half of the 1500s), but already previously some parishes compiled such records.
