Hello, my friends, it's great to be on this forum. Actually, I'm brazilian, but I believe I write better in english than italian, that's because I'm writing here hahahah.

So, I'm searching for my greatgreat-grandfather, who emigrated from Italy to Brazil in 1880-1883, don't know exactly the year. His name is "Marco Lazzaretti" and his wife was "Angelica Bazzanella".

Based on the information that I was able to get so far, I believe he born in the city of "Foza" or some city near Foza. I was able to get his marriage record, there it says he had 28 years in the year of his marriage (1880), so his birth must date 1851-1852 I believe.

Here in this topic (http://www.tuttogenealogia.it/index.php ... pic&t=9534), I've posted some pictures of my research, you can see there the marriage record and some other records I found of a person I believe was a sister of him. What I wanted to know is how I could have access of Foza's birth records or near cities parish records of year 1851-1852, is there any microfilm of Mormons?

I don't know what way to follow on my research now, please enlight me, my friends! Thank you!

I don't think there are documents online for Foza...
You can ask the parish:
http://www.diocesipadova.it/pls/s2ewdio ... ifp=&vis=1

For Vicenza and Casoni you can search in this database of military records (leva militare) of Vicenza State Archive:
http://www.arsas.org/leva?option=com_jo ... a&limit=10
