Yes, that is my tree but it should not be on Geni...I do not like that particular site. Bice Romanin was my great-grandmother.
You are amazing in finding out that information...I can't get the links to open the pages though...I will work on that. Now I really am dying to know if there is a connection...but I am glad to see that they survived.

I did find that there was a very well known Venetian historian named Samuel Romanin who was Jewish...it will be interesting to see if I can ever trace it back to him.

He was 56 yo, smith by profession, residing in Venice but born in Dolo.
He was son of Michele and Carraro Tecla and husband of Capriani Teresa.

She died in "Umberto Primo" Hospital, 10 months old, residing and born in Venice, daughter of Tullio, waiter, and Pesce Giacomina, housewife.

"...del giorno venticinque corrente nell'Ospitale Umberto Primo è morta Poletto Maria...".

This one is a little different so i am not sure where to grab the information from. Is Domenico his father?
